 is looking for an enthusiastic, customer-focused BMW Genius / Product Specialist to be a BMW product and technology expert who helps customers understand and enjoy their vehicles. You'll provide demonstrations, assist with vehicle deliveries, answer questions, and make sure BMWs are clean, charged, fueled, and ready for customers.

What You'll Do:

Customer & Product Experience:

• Welcome and engage customers in a friendly, professional manner
• Become knowledgeable about BMW models, features, technology, and innovations
• Conduct vehicle walk-arounds and product demonstrations
• Explain BMW technology, connectivity, safety systems, and driver-assistance features
• Assist with new vehicle deliveries and personalized vehicle orientations
• Help customers understand and enjoy the features of their new BMW
• Answer product and technology questions before and after the sale
• Ensure demo vehicles are clean, prepared, and ready for demonstrations
• Support the sales team by providing excellent product knowledge and customer service

Vehicle & Lot Responsibilities:

• Keep showroom vehicles clean and presentable
• Ensure showroom and lot vehicles are properly fueled or charged
• Maintain vehicle batteries
• Ensure EVs and PHEVs are properly charged
• Park vehicles in their correct designated locations
• Conduct daily lot walk-throughs
• Keep demo vehicles clean and ready for demonstrations
• Properly prepare new vehicles for customer delivery
• Assist with check-in and addendum work when new vehicles arrive
• Perform general lot maintenance on a daily basis
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional dealership environment

• Ability to stay organized in a fast-paced dealership environment
• Strong attention to detail and pride in keeping vehicles presentation-ready
• Automotive or dealership experience is a plus, but not required
• Training is provided!
