in Burlington, NC is a family-owned dealership and a great place to build a rewarding, long-term automotive career. Our high-volume Service Department is looking for a motivated, customer-focused Bilingual Automotive Assistant Service Manager (ASM) / Service Advisor to join our team.
If you have automotive service advisor or ASM experience, enjoy working with customers, and are fluent in English and Spanish, this is an excellent opportunity to increase your income while working with a professional, supportive team.

What You’ll Do:
- Guide customers through the automotive repair and maintenance process.
- Advise customers on recommended services, repairs, options, and costs.
- Present special promotions and available service opportunities.
- Schedule customer service appointments.
- Greet customers professionally and answer questions about their vehicles.
- Track each vehicle from service bay entry through completion of work.
- Communicate vehicle status, recommendations, and completion times to customers.
- Help ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and maintain strong CSI scores.
- Work closely with technicians and the service team to provide an exceptional customer experience.
- Assist with day-to-day Service Department operations as needed.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
What We’re Looking For:
- Fluent bilingual English/Spanish communication skills required.
- Automotive Dealership Service Advisor or ASM experience preferred.
- Proven track record of delivering excellent customer service; strong CSI performance is a plus.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent customer service and relationship-building abilities.
- Good computer skills and the ability to learn dealership systems.
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Team-oriented attitude with a strong work ethic.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Professional appearance and demeanor.
- Valid driver’s license and insurance.
- Must pass a pre-employment background check, MVR check, and drug screen.
