• 5 - 8 hr day shifts per week -- includes weekend and holiday availability
• At least 4 weekend days required during assignment
• Home health setting
• Treats both adult and pediatric patients
• Evaluates new patients and sets measurable functional outcome goals
• Diagnostic muscle, nerve, joint, and functional ability tests required
• Home health experience preferred
• We provide complimentary housing and travel
• We arrange and cover costs for licensing and malpractice

Per week (based on a 40-hour week). Includes estimated taxable wages of $21.23 - $50.33 per hour and estimated tax-free reimbursements for meals, incidentals, and housing of $900 - $1,400 per week based on GSA guidelines (subject to eligibility, location, and seasonal adjustment).
