Travel PT Home Health jobs in Joplin, MO are available for an ASAP start with a 13-week contract. You will work Monday through Friday, 8-hour days, with 6 visits per day and an expected 40 hours per week.
You must have a MO license or compact and Home Health experience is preferred. Experience with Homecare Homebase EMR is required. Your responsibilities include providing physical therapy in patients’ homes, completing thorough assessments, and documenting care accurately.
