Test Operator

Our client, a leading manufacturing industry, is seeking a Test Operator to join their team. As a Test Operator, you will be part of the manufacturing support team, contributing to quality assurance and production efficiency. The ideal candidate will demonstrate attention to detail, reliability, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Test Operator

Location: Horseheads, NY

Pay Range: $22.00/Hr.

Shift: 3rd shift (11 PM - 7 AM)

What's the Job?

• Perform processing, assembly, inspection, cleaning, and rework tasks related to manufacturing operations.
• Set up and operate equipment to conduct electrical tests ensuring product meets specifications.
• Maintain accurate records of production and inspection data.
• Assemble, pot, test, mark, inspect, and pack assemblies as required.
• Support safety procedures and environmental health and safety (EHS) functions.

What's Needed?

• High School diploma or GED equivalent required.
• 1 year of manufacturing experience preferred.
• Ability to follow oral and written instructions accurately.
• Basic understanding of electrical testing and assembly processes.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety standards.
