Job Title: High Reach Forklift Operator

Location: Jessup, PA

Pay Range: $21.00 - $21.50/hr

Available Shifts

2nd Shift: Monday - Thursday, 2:30 PM - 12:30 AM

• 2 openings
• $20.00/hr + $1.50 shift differential
• Total pay: $21.50/hr

Weekend Shift: Friday - Sunday, 6:00 AM - 6:30 PM

• 3 openings
• $20.00/hr + $1.00 shift differential
• Total pay: $21.00/hr
• Employees who work the full 36-hour schedule during the weekly pay period receive an additional 4-hour bonus

Our client, a leader in logistics and supply chain management, is seeking experienced High Reach Forklift Operators to join their warehouse team in Jessup, PA. The ideal candidate will have experience operating Raymond stand-up high reach forklifts, a strong commitment to safety, and the ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

What's the Job?

• Operate Raymond stand-up high reach forklifts safely and efficiently
• Stage and retrieve full pallets in rack systems up to 40 feet high
• Load and unload trucks to support shipping and receiving operations
• Maintain accurate inventory records and report discrepancies
• Follow all warehouse safety procedures and company policies
• Assist with daily warehouse operations and team objectives

What's Needed?

• Previous High Reach Forklift experience is required
• Experience operating Raymond stand-up high reach forklifts
• Comfortable working at heights up to 40 feet
• Ability to work scheduled shifts, including weekends
• Strong attention to detail and safety
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to lift and move materials as needed

Important: Candidates will be operating Raymond-brand stand-up high reach forklifts only. Experience with sit-down forklifts, cherry pickers, or other equipment alone is not considered qualifying experience for this role.
