About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Assistant Director of Nursing to join our team. As an ADON, you will play a vital role in ensuring the highest quality of care for our patients while maintaining a positive and supportive work environment. Responsibilities

• Oversee daily nursing operations, including staffing, scheduling, and assigning tasks to ensure efficient and effective care delivery

• Develop and implement quality improvement initiatives to promote excellent patient outcomes and satisfaction

• Collaborate with the Infection Control team to identify and address any infection control concerns

• Provide guidance and support to nursing staff to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies

• Participate in budgeting and financial planning to ensure the effective management of nursing resources

• Foster a culture of open communication, teamwork, and patient-centered care

Requirements

• Strong leadership and communication skills

• Current Registered Nurse license in the state of Michigan.

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment

• Commitment to providing exceptional patient care and service
