Responsibilities
Implement ABA programs designed to promote skill acquisition, behavior reduction, and social skills development
Assist clinicians in conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, and tracking progress
Collaborate with families and clinicians to identify and address key concerns and goals
Use behavioral analytics and data-driven decision-making to inform treatment strategies
Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices in ABA therapy

Requirements
Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification
