Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Med Tech to join our team at Grand Villa Assisted Living in Winston-Salem, North Carolina. As a Med Tech, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care and support to our residents. Responsibilities:

• Collect and analyze patient data to identify trends and develop effective treatment plans

• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians

• Monitor patient vital signs and report any changes or concerns to healthcare staff

• Provide personal care assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, and grooming

• Collaborate with healthcare staff to develop and implement individualized care plans

• Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient care and treatment

• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to ensure high-quality patient care

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a healthcare-related field preferred

• Minimum 0 years of experience in a healthcare setting

• Ability to lift and transfer patients as needed

• Strong communication and teamwork skills

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
