We are looking to hire an experienced Project Administrator to join our team!
Responsibilities:
ROCIP/CCIP/OCIP Enrollment and support
Request and maintain COI's for clients and vendors
Request Insurance Bonds and Riders for all projects
Set up new vendors and credit applications tracking
New customer set up in Spectrum
Pre-qualification surveys
Run weekly management reports and maintain document tracking
Assist with badging for Tesla projects
Permits and License renewals
New job set up in Spectrum
Maintain job list for Project Management department
Provide administrative support to PM and Accounting teams
Organize and maintain all documentation related to awarded projects in accordance with company standards
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and a passion to learn
Good organization skills and follow through
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Education and Experience:
Education: High School Graduate, some college preferred
Experience: Knowledge of related computer applications (Excel, Word, etc.) and familiarity with construction software such as Spectrum and others.
