Position Overview:
We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Construction Clean-Up Laborer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for cleaning and maintaining construction sites, ensuring a safe and organized work environment. This position requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform general clean-up of construction sites, including removing debris, trash, and hazardous materials.
• Assist in loading and unloading construction materials and equipment.
• Ensure that all tools and equipment are properly stored and maintained.
• Follow all safety guidelines and protocols to maintain a safe work environment.
• Report any safety hazards or issues to the site supervisor.
• Work collaboratively with construction crews to support ongoing projects.

Requirements:

• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality work.
• Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team.
• Reliable transportation to and from job sites in Branson, MO.
• Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends if necessary.
•  Previous experience in construction or labor work is preferred but not required.
• Ability to perform physical labor for extended periods, including lifting heavy objects.
