Your Role:

Fabrication:

· Assist in production processes (laser, turret, shear, punch, weld) ensuring quality and safety.

· Collaborate with team members and support 5S initiatives for improvement.

· Follow work instructions, SOPs, and safety procedures.

Assembly:

· Assemble manufactured products while ensuring quality and safety.

· Maintain communication with team members and participate in 5S for improvement.

· Follow assembly documentation and procedures.

Paint:

· Paint manufactured products, ensuring quality and safety.

· Communicate with team members and contribute to 5S initiatives for improvement.

· Follow painting process documentation and procedures.


What we’re looking for:

· High school diploma or GED.

· 1-5 years of related experience; department-specific experience preferred.

· Skilled in using measurement devices (e.g., tape measures, calipers).

· Able to interpret business information, technical procedures, and safety regulations.

· Strong problem-solving abilities with limited standardization.

· Proficient in internal software (word processing, spreadsheets, inventory control, communication).
