Math Tutor

Huntington Learning Center is urgently hiring math tutors. Paid training provided. This position is great for graduate students, research scholars, and new or retired math teachers. THIS IS NOT A REMOTE POSITION. A bachelor's degree is REQUIRED.

Requirements and Qualifications:
To ensure our students have a successful educational experience, our tutors must complete initial and ongoing training in Huntington's teaching methods and our curriculum. Our tutors must have scored at least 30 on the math section of the ACT (or the SAT equivalent). If your scores are more than 5 years old, you may take a qualifying exam at our center.

Must hold a minimum of a Bachelor's Degree.

There are no lesson plans to write or homework to grade. You’ll enhance your resume with highly respected experience while earning money in a flexible working environment.

Flexible Scheduling: We offer instruction Monday through Thursday 10:00 am - 8:00 pm, and Saturdays 9:00 am - 2:00 pm. 

Job Type: Part-time.

Pay: Starting at $18 per hour, commensurate with experience.
