Medical Materials Associate, Lake Otis, PRN
Orthopedic Physicians Alaska
Salary Range: 15.50-25.00 hourly

Your Role at OPA:
As a Medical Materials Associate at OPA, you will work under the direction of the Medical Materials Manager, to ensure the continued availability of medical supplies and Durable Medical Equipment for our physicians.
What You’ll Do:
- Stock medical supply rooms with required materials.
- Ensure arriving materials are verified against packing slips and invoices.
- Schedule and track all inbound and outbound shipments.
- Occasionally work with transportation representatives, vendors, and suppliers.
- Communicate problems, needs, leads and inquiries to the team lead.
- Maintain and update accurate information in the company's Medical Materials Information Systems.
- Assists Accounting Department with appropriate cost reconciliations.

Required Qualifications:
- High School diploma or equivalent
Preferred Qualifications:
- Working towards or have B.B.A./B.S./M.S. degree or equivalent in Logistics and Supply Chain.
Note: This position requires frequent lifting of 10 to 30 pounds, and occasional lifting of up to 50 pounds.
