General Manager:
We're looking for an experienced, motivated General Manager to lead our fast-paced restaurant. The General Manager is responsible for daily operations, building and developing a great team, delivering outstanding guest service, and driving sales and profitability.
Responsibilities:
- Lead, coach, and develop restaurant team members.
- Recruit, hire, and train new employees.
- Manage daily operations to ensure excellent food quality and customer service.
- Oversee inventory, ordering, and food cost controls.
- Create employee schedules and manage labor costs.
- Ensure cleanliness, food safety, and company standards are met.
- Monitor sales, profitability, and overall restaurant performance.
- Resolve guest concerns professionally.
Qualifications:
- Restaurant management experience.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Experience with inventory management and team training.
- Knowledge of food safety and restaurant operations.
