Operations Manager ABA Clinic

Blue Gems ABA Therapy is seeking an Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of one of our ABA clinics.

This is a hands-on leadership role focused on staffing, scheduling, client onboarding, family communication, and keeping the clinic running smoothly.

What You'll Do

• Oversee daily clinic operations, scheduling, and staffing

• Coordinate client onboarding and service starts

• Manage coverage, attendance, and payroll readiness

• Support families with scheduling and operational needs

• Partner with the Clinic Director and leadership team

• Identify problems and take ownership of solutions

What We're Looking For

• Strong organization and communication skills

• Operations, healthcare, education, ABA, or leadership experience preferred

• Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure

• Dependable, proactive, and solution-oriented
