$19 - $22 hourly
Responsibilities:
- Lead and inspire a team of banquet staff to deliver exceptional service and create memorable guest experiences.
- Coordinate with event planners and clients to ensure all event details are executed flawlessly and meet expectations.
- Oversee the setup and breakdown of banquet spaces, ensuring all equipment and decor align with event specifications.
- Monitor and maintain the quality of food and beverage service, addressing any issues promptly to uphold our standards.
- Train, mentor, and develop team members, fostering a collaborative and supportive work environment.
- Manage inventory and supplies for events, ensuring all necessary items are available and accounted for.
- Communicate effectively with kitchen staff and other departments to ensure seamless event operations and guest satisfaction.
Qualifications:
- Experience in leading and managing a team in a hospitality or event setting.
- Ability to communicate effectively with clients, team members, and other departments.
- Proven track record of delivering exceptional guest service and memorable experiences.
- Strong organizational skills to coordinate event details and manage inventory efficiently.
- Ability to adapt to a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends, to meet event demands.
- Experience in training and mentoring staff to foster a collaborative and supportive environment.
- Proficiency in managing the setup and breakdown of event spaces, ensuring alignment with specifications.
