Qualifications and role of a Unit Manager RN or LPN
NY RN or LPN Nursing License with previous managerial LTC experience
Ensures the nursing staff follows facility policy and procedures
Sets Unit goals and standards
Consults with physicians as necessary
Analyzes patient records to determine the efficiency and effectiveness of care
Unit Manager RN or LPN full time mon-fri for 3 months with on call weekends as needed and then possible transition to full time
