RN Registered Nurse Supervisor - Long-Term Care Part Time/Full Time

Position Details

• Profession: Registered Nurse (RN)

• Location: Waterloo, NY

• Shift: Evenings, 3:00 PM – 11:30 PM

• Schedule: Full-Time, 5x8-hour shifts or Part Time

• Weekend: Every other weekend

• Holidays: As needed

Requirements

• Active NY Registered Nurse (RN) license

• Graduate of an accredited School of Professional Nursing

• Minimum 1 year of nursing experience in Long-Term Care

• Previous Supervisor or Clinical Lead experience overseeing multiple units required

• Charge Nurse-only experience is not sufficient

• BLS certification through AHA or RQI required

• CPI certification required within 90 days of hire

• BSN preferred, but not required

• Familiarity with NYSDOH requirements

• Strong leadership, communication, interpersonal, analytical, and organizational skills

• Ability to remain professional and effective under pressure

• Strong collaboration and team-building skills

• Computer literacy required
