RN Registered Nurse Supervisor Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate the activities of Registered Nurses, Certified Nursing Assistants, and other healthcare personnel on the evening shift
Develop and implement effective care plans, ensuring the delivery of individualized care to each resident
Conduct regular rounds to monitor resident care, identify areas for improvement, and address concerns
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to resolve issues and optimize patient outcomes
Mentor and coach nursing staff, promoting professional development and a culture of excellence
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, company policies, and industry standards
Participate in quality improvement initiatives, identifying opportunities to enhance care delivery and patient satisfaction
Foster a positive and respectful work environment, promoting open communication and teamwork
RN Registered Nurse Supervisor Requirements:
Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the state of Pennsylvania
Prior experience in a healthcare setting, with a focus on long-term care or rehabilitation nursing
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and responsibilities
Strong clinical knowledge and understanding of nursing principles and practices
Ability to lift, transfer, and reposition residents as needed
