Behavior Technician Entry Level - No ABA Experience Needed

Pay: $21–$26/hour, based on experience
Location: Bowie, MD, and throughout Prince George’s County

Crown ABA is looking for caring, patient, and dependable people to work one-on-one with children on the autism spectrum in their homes.

No ABA experience or RBT certification is required to apply! We provide training and support to help you become a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) within your first 45 days, and we cover the exam cost.

Who we’re looking for:

• Daycare or preschool teachers and assistants

• College students, including those studying psychology or education

• Nannies, camp counselors, and paraprofessionals

• Career changers or anyone with a nurturing personality who enjoys working with children

Already have ABA experience or your RBT certification? We’d love to meet you, too!

What you’ll do:

• Work one-on-one with children in their homes using ABA techniques

• Follow individualized treatment plans developed by a supervising Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

• Track progress and help children build skills and reach meaningful milestones
