Silvercrest of Urbana is seeking an experienced, motivated, and compassionate Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) to join our leadership team. If you're a dedicated nurse who is passionate about resident care, staff development, and clinical excellence, we invite you to grow your career with us.

As the ADON, you will work alongside the Director of Nursing to oversee daily clinical operations, support nursing staff, promote regulatory compliance, and help ensure our residents receive the exceptional care they deserve.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Director of Nursing with daily clinical operations.

• Support, coach, and mentor nursing staff.

• Help oversee staffing, scheduling, and clinical workflow.

• Ensure compliance with state, federal, and company regulations.

• Monitor quality assurance and infection prevention initiatives.

• Participate in resident assessments, care planning, and clinical rounds.

• Investigate incidents and assist with corrective action plans.

• Promote a positive, team-oriented work environment focused on resident-centered care.

Qualifications

• Current Ohio Registered Nurse (RN) license required.

• Previous long-term care or skilled nursing experience preferred.

• Leadership or supervisory experience preferred.

• Strong communication, organizational, and critical thinking skills.

• Knowledge of CMS regulations and nursing home operations.

• Commitment to providing compassionate, high-quality resident care.
