Assistant Director of Nursing

Northwood Skilled Nursing and Rehabilitation a 85 bed skilled nursing/rehabilitation center, located in the heart of Springfield, Ohio, is currently in search of a dynamic skilled Registered Nurse to fill the role of Assistant Director of Nursing.

Ideal candidate will be a change agent with proven leadership skills and transition experience. Candidate will posses prior nurse management experience, strong clinical background, proven ability to lead teams, a success track in implementation of systems, maintenance of regulatory of compliance with both state and federal regulations, and insight in respect to recruitment and retention.

Job Responsibilities (Include but are not limited to):

• Departmental Oversight and Direction

• Assist in Policy Development and Maintenance

• Ensure Compliance with State, Federal, and Local Regulations

• Provision and Oversight of Quality Resident Care and Services

• Assist with Facility Staffing

• Collaborate with all Facility Staff and Leadership

• Foster an Environment of Teamwork

• Assist with Management and Oversight of Departmental Budgets

• Assist in Staff Development and Education
