Schedule

Monday-Friday

5x8-Hour Shifts Per Week

Schedule: 8:00 AM-5:00 PM

Clinic Coverage Monday-Friday

Approximately 10 Patients Per Day

Provide General Surgery Coverage in a Critical Access Hospital

Provide Inpatient and Outpatient Surgical Care

Perform General Surgery Procedures

Perform Patient Admissions

Perform Colonoscopies

Perform Endoscopies

Requirements

Board Certified in Surgery - Required

Active Oregon Medical License in Hand at Time of Presentation - Required

Candidates Requiring Licensure Will Not Be Accepted

ACLS - Required

Epic Experience - Required

COVID-19 Vaccination - Required, No Exemptions

Recent Surgical Activity Documentation - Required

Must Provide Documentation of Surgical Services Representative of the Scope and Complexity of Requested Privileges During the Previous 24 Months

Applicants Who Completed Training During the Previous Year Must Provide a Training Log
