Dietary Manager

Niles Care Center is looking for a Dietary Manager who is highly motivated, and detail oriented to lead the Dietary team at our prestigious skilled-nursing facility.  The Dietary Manager ensures resident meals are accurate and are delivered in a timely fashion. Full-time Day Shift with Flexible Scheduling

• Supervisor experience (cook, commercial kitchen, fast food, hotel operations, healthcare) required

• Experience in long-term care preferred

• CDM or currently enrolled in a CDM program- required
