Job Description
We know that as a BCBA, your primary goal is delivering high-quality, life-changing care to your clients—not chasing impossible billable quotas.
At Nexus Therapies, we prioritize clinical excellence and sustainable workloads. We support our BCBAs with capped caseloads, dedicated administrative assistance, paid tech gear, and a supportive team of RBTs and Supervisors.
Whether you are an experienced clinical leader or a newly certified BCBA looking for exceptional mentorship, Nexus Therapies offers the balance, flexibility, and growth you need.
Manageable Caseloads: Strict limits on client volume to ensure you have time for meaningful oversight, program updates, and parent training.
Work-Life Balance: Flexible scheduling with hybrid remote admin time.
Fully Employer-Paid 401(k) Fees: We cover 100% of 401(k) management fees so your retirement money stays yours.
Strong Clinical Support: You won't operate on an island—work alongside collaborative Clinical Directors, BCaBAs, and experienced Program Supervisors.
Clinical Excellence: Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and design individualized, evidence-based behavior support plans (BSPs).
Team Supervision: Mentor, train, and supervise BCaBAs, Mid-Level Supervisors, and RBTs to maintain high standards of care.
Progress Monitoring: Regularly review client data, hold case reviews, and make clinical adjustments to optimize treatment outcomes.
Family Support: Conduct engaging caregiver training sessions to ensure skill generalization at home and in the community.
Compliance: Maintain timely, compliant clinical documentation in alignment with BACB ethical codes and payor standards.
RequirementsQualifications
Certification: Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA®) credential in good standing with the BACB.
Clinical Background: Proven track record in ABA assessment, program design, and direct clinical service delivery.
Leadership Skills: Experience supervising and mentoring multidisciplinary clinical teams.
Transport: Valid CA Driver’s License, active auto insurance, and a clean driving record for local travel.
