Restaurant General Manager — Firehouse Subs

$20-$25 per hour

Locally owned Firehouse Subs restaurants in Wilmington and Leland NC are hiring a General Manager. You will run the store, lead the team, and own the results.

This is a full-time, hands-on restaurant GM job. 

What you’ll do

• Run daily operations: food quality, speed, cleanliness, and guest service
• Hire, train, schedule, and coach managers and crew
• Control food cost, labor, inventory, and cash
• Grow sales, including catering and delivery
• Keep the restaurant compliant with health, labor, safety, and brand standards
• Handle equipment issues and report them to ownership
• Work nights, weekends, and busy periods

What we’re looking for

• Restaurant management experience (fast casual or QSR preferred)
• A leader who will work the line, close the store, and develop people
• Strong organization, communication, and accountability
• Ability to work on your feet for long shifts
• Food safety knowledge or willingness to get certified quickly
