Position Overview
We are seeking a motivated and compassionate Physical Therapist (PT) to join the rehabilitation team at a hospital-based facility in Fort Morgan, Colorado. This position primarily focuses on outpatient orthopedic physical therapy, with some acute inpatient responsibilities.

The ideal candidate will have strong clinical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a patient-centered approach to care. Newer PTs are welcome, and training is available.

Schedule
4 × 10-hour shifts
Monday–Thursday
8:00 AM–6:00 PM
45-minute outpatient treatment sessions
Dedicated time for inpatient evaluations and documentation
Very occasional weekend on-call requirement
No holiday requirement

Requirements
Current Physical Therapist (PT) license in Colorado
BLS certification
Valid driver's license
Strong communication and organizational skills
Ability to work effectively in both outpatient and acute care environments
Dress Code
Scrubs or business casual attire.
