Speech Language Pathologist (SLP)

Key Responsibilities- Evaluate and treat patients with speech, language, voice, and swallowing disorders
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and goals
- Monitor and document patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as appropriate
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to ensure comprehensive patient care
- May be required to float to a secondary facility location in the surrounding area
- Active Michigan Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) license required
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) from ASHA preferred or eligibility required
- Ability to commit to a 14-week contract assignment
- Flexibility to float to additional facility locations as needed
- Prior experience in a skilled nursing or long-term care setting
- Experience with dysphagia evaluation and treatment
- Strong documentation and communication skills
- Guaranteed hours provide stability and predictability throughout your contract
