Pick/Pack

At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for a Pick/Pack professional to work with a leading logistics company in North Aurora. This role is based in a fast-paced warehouse and distribution center where you will play a key part in ensuring customer orders are processed accurately and efficiently.

Shift Patterns

• Sunday to Thursday, 4 pm to 12:30 am

Pay Rates

• 18.00 USD hourly

Must-have requirements for Pick/Pack

• Experience in a warehouse environment
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and lift packages weighing up to 40–50 lbs regularly
• Strong attention to detail and basic math skills

Role for Pick/Pack

• Retrieve merchandise using RF scanners or voice-to-pick systems with high accuracy.
• Inspect merchandise for damage and pack items securely for shipment.
• Apply accurate shipping labels and seal packages according to specifications.
• Monitor stock levels and report any inventory discrepancies.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked workstation.

Location: North Aurora.
