Shift: 7:00 AM - 5:30 PM

Experience:

• 2 years of experience with 3 months within the last 12 months.

• 3 months of travel experience is required.

Requirements:

• This role will require floating to multiple locations

• Local & travel allowed. Candidates living <60 miles from facility will be processed as local.

• COVID vaccination required after submission. Declinations not accepted.

• COVID booster required after submission. Declinations not accepted.

• No current placement allowed at Program: Trinity (Direct) Program - Main.

Special Requests: Cannot currently be employed anywhere else on a per-diem basis.

Shift & Scheduling: Monday-Friday schedule. Two weekday call shifts per week (1730-0700). Two weekend call shifts per 6-week schedule (from Fri 1730-Mon @ 0700). Call coverage for Thanksgiving weekend required (Fri @ 1730 through Tues @ 0700).

Floating Requirements: This position will require floating to Mount Carmel East at least 1 day a week. No call at MCE. May be reassigned to an open shift later in the week or floated to another unit or care site within Mount Carmel Health System to maintain contracted hours.

14 days maximum time off

1 Charge/Lead/Supervisor reference required from within the last 2 years

Certifications:

• BLS (Basic Life Support)

• RCIS (Registered Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist) or the alternative certification CI
