General Operator PM Shift - Now Hiring

Our client, an industry leader in manufacturing and logistics, is seeking a General Operator PM Shift to join their team. As a General Operator PM Shift, you will be part of the warehouse support team, assisting with various manual labor tasks to ensure smooth operations. The ideal candidate will demonstrate reliability, teamwork, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: General Operator PM Shift

Location: Ames, IA

Pay Range: $20.00 hour 

Shift: 2nd (3:00 pm - 11:00 pm, Monday through Friday)

What's the Job?

• Perform general manual labor tasks including heavy lifting and moving materials
• Load and unload vehicles efficiently and safely
• Operate industrial trucks or tractors to move materials around the warehouse or storage yard
• Assist with activities at heights and handle materials weighing 30 pounds or more
• Follow established procedures to support team operations and maintain safety standards

What's Needed?

• No prior experience required; training will be provided
• Ability to perform heavy lifting and manual tasks safely
• Forklift certification is required
• Strong work ethic and reliability
• Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team
