Cleanroom Manufacturing Associate - Now Hiring

Our client, a leader in the manufacturing industry, is seeking a dedicated Cleanroom Manufacturing Associate to join their team. As a Cleanroom Manufacturing Associate, you will be an essential part of the production process supporting the extrusion lines and ensuring the highest standards of quality and safety. The ideal candidate will demonstrate attention to detail, teamwork, and a proactive approach, which will align successfully within the organization.

Job Title: Cleanroom Manufacturing Associate

Location: Pleasant Prairie, WI

Pay Range: $ 24.50 per hour

Shift: Night Shift, 6:00 pm to 6:00 am, 12-hour shifts, 2x2x3 schedule, every other weekend

What's the Job?

• Perform setup and startup of cleanroom extrusion lines, bath tanks, puller cutters, conveyors, blow-off tables, and winders
• Ensure product quality by monitoring manufacturing processes and minimizing material waste
• Follow safety regulations and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) to maintain a safe work environment
• Document production processes accurately, including run records and quality control checks
• Provide guidance and training to junior team members and support other cleanroom operators as needed

What's Needed?

• Experience operating cleanroom or manufacturing equipment is preferred but not required
• Ability to interpret job orders and specifications accurately
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety and quality standards
• Good organizational skills to keep work areas clean and equipment properly stored
• Willingness to support team efforts and learn new skills
