Pay Rates

Rotating 1st Shift: $19.22/hour
Monday-Friday | Rotating schedule

2nd Shift: $19.97/hour
Monday-Friday | 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM

Their Schuylkill Haven facility is a key part of delivering products to customers around the globe. We're currently seeking experienced Forklift Operators who thrive in a fast-paced industrial environment and are committed to safety and accuracy.

What You'll Do

As a Forklift Operator, you'll support shipping, receiving, and material movement operations by safely handling products and large cable reels throughout the facility.

Responsibilities:

• Operate sit-down, gas-powered forklifts safely and efficiently
• Pick orders using paper pick lists (no RF scanners)
• Load and unload 10-30 trucks per day
• Move and transport large cable reels and materials throughout the yard
• Work outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Maintain a strong focus on safety, productivity, and accuracy
• Perform duties in a fast-paced, industrial environment
• For 2nd Shift: Work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high performance standards

What We're Looking For

Qualifications:

• Previous experience operating sit-down forklifts
• Experience with gas-powered forklifts preferred
• Ability to work outdoors year-round
• Comfortable working in a noisy manufacturing environment
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety
• Dependable, punctual, and self-motivated
• Ability to work a rotating schedule for 1st shift or independently on 2nd shift
