We are looking for a friendly, dependable, and organized Entry-Level Office Helper to assist with daily office operations. This is a great opportunity for someone who is eager to learn, works well with others, and has good communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Answer and direct incoming phone calls
• Greet and assist visitors and clients
• Take accurate notes and messages
• Assist with scheduling and general office tasks
• Help organize paperwork and maintain files
• Assist with basic data entry and administrative duties
• Provide support to office staff as needed
• Maintain a professional and welcoming office environment

Qualifications

• No previous office experience required
• Reliable and dependable
• Friendly and professional communication skills
• Basic computer skills
• Able to take clear and accurate notes
• Organized and willing to learn
• Able to work well with a team
• Bilingual is a plus
• Healthcare or office experience is a plus, but not required
