Composite Production Associate

Position Overview

PrideStaff is seeking dependable, motivated Entry-Level Composite Production Technicians for a growing, manufacturer in Poway, CA. This is a hands-on, opportunity for individuals eager to build skills in high-tech manufacturing. Prior experience is not required. A strong work ethic, reliability, and a willingness to learn matter most!

Key Responsibilities

• Learn and execute hand layup procedures using composite materials (carbon fiber, fiberglass) according to detailed specifications.
• Apply adhesives, surface preps, and structural bonding components accurately.
• Perform hands-on finishing work, including trimming, sanding, deburring, and preparing parts for final quality inspection.
• Safely utilize basic hand tools, measuring instruments, and shop equipment.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace while adhering to safety and quality guidelines.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Entry-level position. Background in general labor, assembly, woodworking, auto body repair, or hand-tool operations is a plus, but not required.
• Good hand-eye coordination and comfort working with sticky resins, adhesives, and small tools.
• Ability to stand, bend, lift up to 35–50 lbs, and work on your feet in a shop environment throughout the shift.
