Production Operator / Warehouse

Schedule: Tuesday–Friday, 5:30 AM–4:00 PM

Job Summary

We are looking for a Manufacturing Operator / Production Operator to join our team in Henderson, CO. This is a hands-on, physically demanding role supporting production, chemical processing, packaging, material handling, and warehouse operations.

The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of manufacturing or production experience, strong attention to safety, good attendance, and the ability to follow detailed SOPs.

Responsibilities

• Blend liquid, powder, and food-grade chemical products according to established SOPs.
• Repackage chemicals from totes and drums into pails and cases.
• Mix and package D-Foam products.
• Pull, stage, load, and receive materials and finished products.
• Perform bulk receiving activities following established procedures.
• Enter production data and print labels using the company ERP system.
• Assist with inventory control, batch posting, and cycle counts.
• Follow all company safety procedures and SOPs.
• Report any process issues or unexpected results to the supervisor.
• Participate in process and procedure improvements.
• Work across production, packaging, warehouse, and other operations areas as needed.
  

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of manufacturing or production experience.
• High school diploma or GED preferred/required.
• Forklift certification or training is a plus.
• Ability to follow detailed instructions and SOPs.
• Strong organizational and decision-making skills.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong commitment to safety and workplace procedures.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality.
  

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand and work on your feet for extended periods.
• Ability to frequently lift and handle 50–75 pounds.
• Ability to bend, move, and perform repetitive physical tasks.
• Comfortable working around chemical products while following required safety procedures.
• Must be able to wear required PPE, including chemical splash goggles, coveralls, gloves, and steel-toe shoes.
