We are seeking dedicated cooks to prepare American cuisine in a small kitchen team of 1-3 members. The role involves working in a casual dining environment, utilizing standard stoves and ovens to deliver quality meals while maintaining food safety and kitchen cleanliness.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook American dishes according to menu specifications
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen
• Manage inventory and ensure adequate supplies
• Comply with food safety and sanitation standards
• Coordinate orders and execute menus efficiently
• Ensure quality control of all food served
• Operate standard kitchen equipment including stoves and ovens
• Collaborate effectively with a small kitchen team

Preferred Qualifications

• 1+ years of cooking experience
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Proficient knife skills
• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices
• Strong time management and attention to detail
