Plant Manager- Manufacturing

 The Plant Manager position directs and manages all plant operations.

Key Tasks &Activities...

• Own full P&L-level accountability for site operations — spanning workforce, supply chain, production output, equipment upkeep, and broader commercial functions.
• Build and enforce disciplined budget controls across capital spend, operating costs, staffing levels, and compensation.
• Set site-wide benchmarks for output and quality, then track performance against them on an ongoing basis.
• Drive down overtime hours and unplanned repair costs, with each functional area held to clear accountability standards.
• Oversee upkeep of facilities and machinery, and recommend upgrades, replacements, or modifications as needed.
• Coach, develop, and lead the management team toward shared organizational targets.
• Partner with senior leadership to shape the site's longer-term strategic direction.
• Lead and mentor staff directly while fostering cross-functional collaboration with peer department heads.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for client-facing operational needs.
• Uphold safety compliance, housekeeping standards, GMP, and Global Food Safety Initiative (GFSI) requirements.

Who we are looking for...

• Bachelors’ Degree in a related field or five years of plant/general management experience in a manufacturing environment; partnered with strong leadership skills.
• Demonstrated understanding of manufacturing operations and maintenance engineering
