Survey Crew Chief

JVC Group, Inc. is a multi-discipline site development consulting firm serving both public and private sector clients in the Dallas-Fort Worth metroplex.  Located in Plano, Texas, we are looking for a motivated and competent individual to join our growing team as a Land Survey Field Crew Chief.

Job Description:

• Minimum 3 years of experience working in and with a survey field crew
• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Survey Crew Chief
• Experience with ALTA/ACSM Land Title Surveys, Boundary and Topographic Surveys, and Residential Construction Staking
• A working knowledge of Trimble GPS equipment, Trimble TSC3 data collector with Trimble Access
• Proficient with field survey calculations, downloading field data, performing topographic and boundary surveys and residential construction staking

Job Requirements:

• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
• High school degree or equivalent
• Valid Texas Driver’s License
• Acceptable Driving Record
• Must have a clean background check

Job Type: In-Person Full-time

• Pay Rate:  $20.00 - $24.00 per hour
• Overtime Pay:  time + 1⁄2
• Supplemental Pay:  Quarterly Bonuses

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday
• No weekends
