Position: Roofing and Siding Sales Representative

Full Time Position in Sales 

Areas: St. Louis County, St. Charles County, Lincoln County, Warren County, Jefferson County, and Illinois St Louis Metro Area

Gateway General Contractors, LLC is currently looking to add 6-10 experienced sales individuals to add to our team of

sales representatives to assist in handling the insurance claims due to storm damage, as well as retail roofing, siding, and window sales.

We are one of the area’s fastest growing roofing, and siding company.

To handle the additional sales volume our company anticipates, we need 6-10

experienced, driven, energetic, independent individuals to join our sales team effective immediately to assist
homeowners with their insurance claims, estimates, and storm damage

inspections and retail roof replacements.

Senior Sales experience is desired.
Individuals we hire receive training on the basic construction, insurance,

and storm damage knowledge they need in order to represent and assist

homeowners through their projects.
This is a commissioned sales position.

*NOTE* This is NOT a remote position.

● Qualifications

Must be comfortable dealing face to face with customers

Must be able to climb a ladder to a roof when necessary

Must have reliable transportation

Independent nature, self-discipline, and good time management

(representatives create and manage their own work schedule)

Previous retail construction sales experience is desired

Must be willing/able to self-generate leads as well as run office-leads

Must have a smart phone capable of taking pictures/video during home

inspections

 

● Responsibilities & duties of the position

Inspecting & documenting homes for damage

Meeting directly with homeowners after inspections to educate them on

the repairs and claims process and sign restoration agreements

Creating estimates & measuring home exteriors and damages

Marketing / lead generation for new prospects
