About the Role:
The Polaris Consulting Group of OK is looking for an enthusiastic and driven Customer Consultant to join our growing team in Norman, OK! This entry-level role is a great way to launch your career in customer consulting, working directly with customers and clients to deliver outstanding results and expand our customer base. Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers
- Consult with clients to understand their needs and recommend tailored solutions
- Represent the company professionally in face-to-face customer interactions
- Meet and exceed individual and team performance targets
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development programs
- Collaborate with team members to develop effective customer outreach strategies
- Track and report on customer interactions and sales activity
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated with a positive, goal-oriented attitude
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-driven environment
- No prior experience required — full training provided
- Strong work ethic and eagerness to grow professionally
- Must be located in or able to commute to Norman, OK
