Job Description
Manufacturing Operating System Support
Key Responsibilities:
• This position will act as the gatekeeper of aging Maximo work orders throughout the plant.
• Assist in generating reports on aging EMs, CMs, and 4Ds and communicating these reports to the department leads.
• Assist in evaluating completion of EMs, CMs, and 4Ds and closing work orders as required.
• Assist in training the Maximo work order system and SFR to the work force as needed.
• Function as a liaison between Team members and other internal and external
support functions to include manufacturing, engineering, OEM's, maintenance
material suppliers and other service support activities.
• Provide technical information and advice to Management, team members,
engineering and other service support activities as appropriate.
- Must have Maximo experience.
Roles/Tasks:
• Assist in planning, scheduling, and facilitating department maintenance meetings.
• Assist in coordinating, planning, and scheduling maintenance activities between MPL, engineering
and other support activities.
• Assist with rolling out PM and PD maintenance activities ensuring necessary spares, tools, external
support, and engineering.
• Participate in Management and Engineering meetings and communicate
appropriate information to the team leader across shifts.
• Assist in communicating information between shifts to include team leader and
other resource activities, as necessary.
• Assist in managing the overall MOS process.
• Interface with internal and external suppliers on quality/supply issues that maximize
team involvement. Assist in ensuring FRACAS is effectively deployed to improve R & M.
• Assist in conducting follow – up work and repairs.
• Help organize Maintenance, CAFM projects and shutdown work.
