WE’RE HIRING: HOME CARE COORDINATORS!
Are you organized, dependable, and experienced in the home care industry? We’re looking for a Home Care Coordinator to join our team!
Location: Woodcliff Lake, NJ
Schedule: Full Time
Monday to Thursday : 8 AM - 4PM
Friday: 8 AM - 1 PM
Pay: $25 - $30
REQUIREMENTS
- Previous home care coordination experience required
- Experience with HHAeXchange required
- Strong scheduling and organizational skills
- Excellent communication with caregivers, clients, and families
- Ability to multitask and handle scheduling changes
- Professional, dependable, and detail-oriented
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Coordinate client and caregiver schedules
- Manage staffing and coverage
- Communicate with HHAs, clients, and families
- Monitor schedules and care needs
- Handle call-outs and last-minute changes
- Maintain accurate documentation and records
- Help ensure quality and consistent home care services
