Hospice Registered Nurse (RN) Multiple Service Areas Open

Here at Dynamic, we have IMMEDIATE FULL-TIME/ PER DIEM openings for a professional, reliable, and caring Hospice Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team! Dynamic is a family-owned, Medicare-certified team here to provide Home Health and Hospice care to our patients across the Los Angeles Area.

Responsibilities

• Collaborating on ill patients' care with physicians, social workers, chaplains, nursing assistants, and other stakeholders.
• Make frequent visits to the patient to evaluate their condition
• Preparing and adjusting patient care plans as needed.
• Provide support and comfort according to the individual patient's needs
• Help in administering medication
• Maintain accurate records

Qualifications

• State-approved licensure and registered nurse (RN) certification.
• At LEAST 1 year of experience as a registered nurse. (hospice experience preferred)
• Excellent communication skills and a compassionate nature
• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
• Bilingual is a huge plus!
