Pickers Material Handlers

Position Summary:
We are seeking experienced Picker Material Handlers for a logistics company in Shorewood, IL.

Key Responsibilities:
• Accurately pick customer orders using RF scanners and/or pick sheets
• Safely operate an Cherry Picker to picked orders throughout the warehouse
• Verify item numbers, quantities, and product quality before packing
• Prepare, stage, and wrap orders for shipment according to company standards
• Maintain productivity and accuracy standards in a high-volume environment
• Keep work areas clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards
• Follow all OSHA and company safety guidelines at all times
• Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members to ensure workflow efficiency

Required Qualifications:
• Must have a minimum of 1 year of warehouse background

• Must have active forklift certication if operating Cherry Picker

Must be authorized to work in the United States, must pass a background check, and must pass a drug test
• Proven experience operating an electric pallet jack and using RF scanners. An assessment will be conducted at the interview.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work in a cold environment and work OT when needed
• Reliable attendance and punctuality

Available Shifts:
• 1shift Material Handler 1 (7:30am - 4pm Monday - Friday) ($18)
• 1st shift Material Handler 2 (7:30am - 4pm Monday - Friday) ($19.50)

• 2nd Shift Material Handler 2 (4pm - 12:30am Monday-Friday ($22.50)
• 2nd shift Equipment Operator (4pm - 12:30am Monday-Friday ($27)

Compensation Pay & Benefits:
• $18-27 Hourly

• Temp to hire after completing 720 working hours
