As a member of A Taste of Brooklyn an Italian Eatery Wait Staff team, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional dining experiences to our guests. You will collaborate closely with team members to ensure efficient service and customer satisfaction in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet and seat guests promptly with a friendly attitude
• Take accurate food and beverage orders and relay them to the kitchen
• Serve food and drinks efficiently while anticipating guest needs
• Ensure tables are clean and reset quickly for new guests
• Handle guest inquiries and resolve complaints professionally
• Collaborate with team members to maintain smooth service flow
• Follow health and safety regulations at all times

Preferred Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in customer service
