Alignment Technician/Truck Equipment Installer

We are looking for a reliable Alignment Technician to join our truck and trailer repair shop. No prior experience is required—we will fully train you on how to inspect, measure, and align trucks and trailers. If you have a strong work ethic and a mechanical mindset we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities

• Learn to operate advanced computerized truck and trailer alignment systems.
• Inspect steering and suspension components for wear, damage, or play.
• Assist senior technicians with replacing suspension parts and heavy-duty repairs.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized shop environment.
• Communicate Clearly: Document inspection findings and explain required repairs clearly to service advisors and customers.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Experience: None required; a passion for mechanics or basic hands-on experience with tools is a plus.
• Physical Ability: Must be able to lift up to 75 lbs and stand or move around for the full shift.
• Traits: Willingness to learn, reliability, and strong attention to detail.
