Peoplelink Staffing Solutions is hiring Production Operators for a manufacturing company in Avilla, IN. This company produces components for household washing machines and is looking for reliable individuals to join its team!

• 1st Shift: 6:00 AM–2:00 PM | $17.00/hour
• 2nd Shift: 2:00 PM–10:00 PM | $18.50/hour
• 3rd Shift: 10:00 PM–6:00 AM | $18.50/hour
• Overtime may be available based on production needs

• Perform light assembly work in a fast-paced environment
• Operate production equipment as assigned
• Inspect parts to ensure quality standards are met
• Follow work instructions and safety procedures
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace
• Work effectively as part of a production team

• Ability to stand and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift
• Strong attention to detail
• Dependable attendance and reliable transportation
• Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
• Previous production or assembly experience is helpful but not required
