Retail Associate

We are looking for a part-time retail associate in our clothing boutique. The ideal candidate would be self-motivated, as they will commonly be working independently, task-oriented, and friendly. We deal with a wide range customer base, with many return or "regular" customers who like to chat & shop with a familiar face, so ability to foster those types of relationships is key. The position is fashion-focused, so a love and knowledge of fashion and clothing is ideal. While not commission-based, bonuses are offered to associates who go above and beyond, and hit high sales goals.

Hours would be 10am-5pm for 2-3 weekdays per week, with an occasional Saturday shift.

Duties include:

-Customer intake, educating consignors on the terms of our consignment agreement

-Pricing, tagging, steaming, and photographing clothing, shoes, and accessories

-Answering phone calls

-Running POS including cash and credit/debit card

-Processing online orders through POS

-Sweeping, vacuuming, dusting, mopping sales floor

-Customer service, mitigating complaints and other issues

-Other daily tasks as determined by management
